Once you have committed funds to an offering on STOKR, the subscription is generally final. This guide explains the limited circumstances in which a refund or change is possible.
Cancelling during an open offering
Once you have subscribed to an investment during its offering period, the transaction cannot be cancelled. Digital securities are issued to you shortly after your investment is confirmed, and no refund can be claimed at your request once that subscription is complete.
Altering an investment after subscribing
You cannot modify the amount of an existing subscription once it has been made, since your digital securities are issued immediately upon investment. If you wish to invest further in the same offering and units remain available, you can submit an additional, separate subscription during the offering period.
