STOKR's compliance obligations do not end when your offering closes. This guide explains the ongoing AML/KYC support STOKR provides to issuers after an offering has concluded.
- Ongoing investor verification – STOKR continues to support issuers with AML/KYC processes after closing, including verification tied to secondary transfers, subsequent payout distributions, and redemptions.
- Basis for this support – STOKR is registered with the Luxembourg CSSF as both a CASP and a PI. This regulatory status requires STOKR to maintain AML/KYC controls on an ongoing basis, not only at the point of initial investment.
- What issuers need to do:
- Direct investor identity or compliance queries to compliance@stokr.io rather than handling them independently.
- Notify STOKR promptly of known changes to investor circumstances relevant to compliance monitoring.
- Rely on the Issuer Portal for an up-to-date, verified investor list.
This support covers identity verification and compliance monitoring only. It does not extend to legal, tax, or accounting advice, which issuers should obtain independently.
