Fixing common problems on STOKR

  • Updated

This page collects the most common issues investors and issuers run into, with a direct link to the full guide for each.

Payment or deposit not showing

Check that you used one of STOKR's current accepted payment methods and that your wallet has passed Travel Rule verification if it's new to STOKR. See "How to pay for a digital securities investment" and "How wallet verification works at STOKR."

Identity verification (KYC) rejected or delayed

Most applications are reviewed within 1 to 3 business days. See "How identity verification (KYC) works on STOKR" for common rejection causes and how to resolve them.

Digital securities missing from your wallet

Check the "Managed Assets" or AMP section of your wallet before assuming a distribution is missing. See "Troubleshooting missing digital securities and recovering wallet access."

Lost wallet access

STOKR has a formal recovery process for digital securities issued through the platform. See the same guide above for the steps, timing, and fee involved.

Suspected phishing or suspicious activity

Do not click links or share credentials from unexpected messages claiming to be from STOKR. See "What is a phishing attack?" and "How do I report suspicious activity?"

Trouble logging in or with two-factor authentication

See "Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)" for setup and recovery steps.

If your issue isn't listed here, submit a request – see "Contacting STOKR support" for what to expect.
