I lost my security token access, can I recover it?

Yes, token recovery is possible. If you've lost access to your wallet or private keys, you can request a token recovery by clicking 'Submit a Request' in the top-right corner of this page and selecting 'Token Recovery' as the request type. You'll need to verify your identity and ownership claim, then provide your new Liquid wallet address.

Once verified, the issuer will recover your tokens and transfer them to your new wallet. Please note that the recovery process takes a minimum of 7 business days and incurs a €30 recovery fee. You must be able to verify your identity and original token ownership for the recovery to proceed.
