Can investors transfer security tokens?

Security tokens will be activated for an OTC or secondary market only after the STO offering period has been successfully completed. During the offering period, tokens represent your ownership rights but cannot yet be transferred.

The only exception are offerings with open maturity, which allow immediate secondary trading as specified in their terms.
