You can request the deletion of your personal data held by STOKR, in line with applicable data protection regulation.
Before submitting a request, note the following condition: if you hold an active investment through STOKR, your data cannot be fully deleted while regulatory record-keeping obligations apply to that investment. STOKR, as a registered Payment Institution and Crypto-Asset Service Provider, is required to retain certain investor records for a defined period under applicable financial regulation.
To request deletion of your data:
- Send a request to support@stokr.io asking for deletion of your personal data.
- STOKR's team will confirm whether deletion can proceed immediately or whether any retention obligations apply.
- Where deletion is possible, STOKR will erase your profile and associated personal data from its platform.
If part of your data must be retained for regulatory reasons, STOKR will inform you of what is retained and why, and will delete the remaining data that is not subject to a retention obligation.
