Whether you can trade a security on Bitfinex Securities depends on a few requirements.
Secondary market trading is available to all eligible members of Bitfinex Securities. It is not open to Prohibited Persons and Prohibited Jurisdictions, including U.S. Persons. And if you want to withdraw a security to your own wallet, you need a verified STOKR account and a registered AMP ID.
