You can withdraw a digital security issued via STOKR from your Bitfinex Securities account to an AMP wallet you control. To withdraw you first need a verified STOKR account with your AMP ID registered. Withdrawals are processed manually by Bitfinex Securities through a support ticket. Before you start
- A verified STOKR account. See How to create an account on STOKR.
- An AMP wallet connected to receive the security – your SideSwap wallet or the Blockstream app. See Connecting a wallet to STOKR.
- Your AMP ID registered and wallet whitelisted for the security. Securities issued via STOKR can only be held by an AMP wallet the issuer has admitted (whitelisted).
How it works
- Open a withdrawal request with Bitfinex Securities (Help icon → Support Center → Token Withdrawals → Withdrawal security tokens), giving the token name, amount, transaction address, subject and description.
- Provide your AMP ID and your Liquid Network AMP wallet address as the withdrawal destination.
- Bitfinex Securities processes the request manually and confirms once the transfer has been sent.
The minimum withdrawal amount is set per security – check the terms of the security.
After the withdrawal
After withdrawal, your securities are held in your AMP wallet – your SideSwap wallet or the Blockstream app. STOKR does not hold your securities or your keys, so back up your wallet’s recovery phrase and store it offline.
