Do I need a STOKR account to withdraw from Bitfinex Securities?

Yes. To withdraw a STOKR-issued security from Bitfinex Securities you need a verified STOKR account and an AMP ID registered with STOKR.

STOKR-issued securities are Transfer-Restricted Assets on the Liquid Network: they can only be held by AMP accounts whitelisted for that security. Registering your AMP ID with STOKR is what puts your wallet on that whitelist. Without it, the withdrawal cannot settle.
